Md Faizul Islam Khan is an Associate at OGR Legal, based in our Dhaka office, with several years of experience practicing law in Bangladesh. He is an Advocate of the Dhaka Judge Court and a member of the Dhaka Bar Association, bringing a strong international academic background and practical expertise to the team.
Faizul specializes in corporate advisory, dispute resolution, company incorporation, and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises clients on contract negotiation, business licensing, employment matters, and represents both foreign and domestic entities before regulatory authorities and the courts. His practice includes supporting cross-border transactions, reviewing commercial agreements, and assisting with HR and employment documentation.
Faizul’s clients include multinational corporations, global commodity suppliers, medical technology companies, and international contractors. He has advised on company formation and licensing for major foreign investors, represented clients in partnership and contract disputes, and supported leading brands in the consumer goods and energy sectors with regulatory and compliance matters.
Faizul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of the West of England, and is a Barrister-at-Law of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. He is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association.
